Today, DDA opens the registration window for the “Premium Housing Scheme 2025” e-auction: Time, date, place, cost, and more

The “Premium Housing Scheme 2025” e-auction registration window is scheduled to open on Tuesday, according to DDA. Candidates should pay attention to the time, deadline, location, cost, and other details when searching for apartments in Delhi-NCR.

On Tuesday, August 26, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will open the e-auction registration window for the “Premium Housing Scheme 2025.” At 11:00 AM, the portal for apartments in desirable areas of the nation’s capital that are ready for occupancy will open. To register, prospective applicants seeking apartments in Delhi-NCR must go to the official website, eservices.dda.org.in.

According to the website, the deadline for online registration to participate in the e-auction and submit an online EMD is 24.09.2025 at 6:00 PM, and the deadline for submitting an application for the e-auction is 26.09.2025 at 6:00 PM.

  • The best places to find these HIG, MIG, LIG, and EHS apartments are Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, and Pitampura, among others.
  • The e-auction registration period begins on August 26 at 11 AM and ends on September 24 at 6 PM. In the meantime, applications will be accepted until September 26 at 6 PM.

  • Since there is no option for an offline application, applicants can only reserve these free hold apartments through the e-auction mode.
  • A total of 311 HIG, MIG, and LIG apartments are available for purchase, located in desirable areas like sectors 16B and 19B of Dwarka and Pocket 9B of Jasola.
  • Interested buyers should consult the brochure found at “https://eservices.dda.org.in/” for additional details.

On the auspicious day of #Janmashtami, DDA announced ‘Premium Housing Scheme 2025’ with ready-to-move-in flats, the agency wrote in a post on X ten days ago.

The plan was approved on July 11 at a DDA meeting that LG VK Saxena chaired. “The scheme offers comprehensive options for both housing and parking in some of Delhi’s most prominent localities, including 51 scooter garages across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar and 16 car garages in Pitampura,” according to the Delhi Development Authority.

The HIG, MIG, and LIG flats’ reserved prices

The following price bands are listed in the Hindustan Times report:

  • The most likely reserved price range for HIG apartments is between ₹1.64 crore and ₹2.54 crore.
  • MIG apartments are probably going to be available for a reserved price in the range of ₹60 lakh to ₹1.5 crore.
  • The most likely reserved price range for LIG apartments is between ₹39 lakh and ₹54 lakh.

SFS Category-II apartments are expected to cost between ₹90 lakh and ₹1.07 crore, while Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS) apartments will cost about ₹38.7 lakh. The reserved prices for the car and scooter garages will range from ₹3.17 lakh to ₹43 lakh, depending on the type and location.
