The new blacked-out variant sits at the top of the Maybach GLS line-up.

Mercedes-Benz India has sent off the new Maybach GLS 600 Night Series at a beginning cost of Rs 3.71 crore. Situated at the highest point of the Maybach GLS range, the new variation adds absolutely surface level updates for around Rs 25 lakh over the ongoing model. Mercedes likewise sent off a Night Series variation of the Maybach EQS 680 SUV at the Car Exhibition 2025.

The Maybach GLS 600 Night Series sports the trademark double tone paint plan of Maybach vehicles, with a Mojave Silver completion on the upper piece of the SUV and Onyx Dark on the lower segment. A significant part of the outside fitments are shut down to fit the subject, and the front grille board and headlights include rose gold supplements. Also, the SUV gets all-dark Maybach-spec 22-inch wheels that look for all intents and purposes indistinguishable from the ones found on the Maybach EQS 680 SUV Night Series.

The interior of the Maybach GLS 600 Night Series carries forward the blacked-out exterior theme. The seats are wrapped in bespoke Nappa leather with wood and aluminium accents, and the all-digital instrument cluster also gets an exclusive Night Series animation. The SUV’s equipment list and overall cabin layout are otherwise retained from the Maybach GLS 600 top-spec variant, with features like a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, 27-speaker sound system, 64-colour ambient lighting, and more.

The Maybach GLS 600 Night Series sees no mechanical changes and is, therefore, equipped with the same 550hp, 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, which does duty in the standard Maybach GLS 600. The motor is assisted by a 48V mild-hybrid setup, which provides a 250Nm boost for a total output of 770Nm of torque. Coupled with a 9-speed automatic transmission sending power to all four wheels, the SUV can despatch the 0-100kph run in 4.9 seconds.
