The local police, district authorities, and Tarish Entertainment Private Limited have all been named as respondents in the lawsuit that Manbir Singh Rathi, through his attorney, filed.
The petitioner has expressed worries about the concert venue’s poor crowd control, security, and medical facilities. Additionally, he has warned of possible chaos by citing previous instances of inadequate event management.
The organizers and the Police Department have received notices from the district court, which has accepted the plea. It has been postponed until tomorrow.
