Today, April 26, the price of gold in your city: The continued volatility of the world market has caused gold prices to drop by almost ₹5,000 from their peak. Investors sought safe-haven assets like gold and silver as a result of the growing trade war and some indications of uncertainty in the US dollar index.
According to data on the official website, at 7:45 am on April 26, the price of gold on the MCX was ₹95,032 per 10 grams, up ₹40/10 grams; at the same time, the price of silver on the MCX was down ₹243/kg, down to ₹96,198/kg.
Additionally, data from the Indian Bullion Association (IBA) at 7:45 am on April 26 showed that 24-carat gold was priced at ₹95,270/10 gm, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹87,331/10 gms. According to the IBA website, silver was priced at ₹96,680/kg (Silver 999 Fine) at 7:45 am on April 26.
