Bharat Petroleum Corporation

In order to build compressed biogas (CBG) plants throughout India, BPCL and GPS Renewables have signed a joint venture (JV) agreement. This strategic partnership advances India’s energy transition and helps BPCL achieve its net-zero objectives.

Adani Green Energy

The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) and Adani Hydro Energy Five, the company’s subsidiary, have signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the provision of 1,250 MW of energy storage capacity from pumped hydro storage projects.

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company

Shalabh Saxena has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective April 23. The Board has approved the appointment of Ashish Kumar Damani as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective April 23. Ashish Kumar Damani is currently designated as President and Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Bajaj Finance

The Board will meet on April 29 to additionally consider a special (interim) dividend for FY25, the sub-division/split of existing equity shares, and the issue of bonus shares, along with financial results.
