Tata Capital Ltd, SBI Life insurance, KFin Technologies, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power, and Shaily Engineering Plastics announce key financial and operational updates. Here are few stocks to watch for Thursday’s trading session.

Tata Capital Ltd
The non-banking financial firm announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd, has authorized a rights issue of equity shares to its parent company for ₹650.02 crore. The offer would be carried out in one or more tranches and will consist of shares worth ₹10 each.
Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd
The government will not use the oversubscription (green shoe) option in the Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd. (IRFC) Offer for Sale (OFS), according to the state-run organization. A 2% equity investment in the business is being sold by the Center at a floor price of 104 naira per share. On February 25, the OFS opened to non-retail investors, and on February 26, it will open to retail investors. The government has previously mentioned a 2% green shoe option that, if fully utilized, might have increased the overall stake sale to 4%. In order to finance railway-related projects, IRFC separately raised a $400 million equivalent JPY-denominated ECB from SMBC and MUFG’s GIFT City branches.
SBI Life Insurance
An interim dividend of ₹2.70 per equity share (27%) for FY26 has been announced by the life insurance firm. According to the corporation, the dividend will be credited or sent on or before March 27, 2026, and will be paid to shareholders who are listed as of March 6, 2026.
Reliance Industries Ltd
After allocating 85.32 crore shares, RIL announced that Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Ltd. become its step-down subsidiary. Reliance Intelligence Ltd. received 70% of these, and Facebook Overseas, Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc., received 30%.
Aditya InfoTech
Dixon Technologies sold a 3.8% share in Aditya InfoTech for ₹661 crore in a block deal. Shares worth ₹180 crore were purchased by Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, while Axis Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance, and 360 One Mutual Fund were also purchasers.
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd
The company stated that as its integrated solar cell and module manufacturing is mostly in line with domestic demand, the new US countervailing levies on solar imports from India will not affect its operations. The business also stated that it is still committed to expanding high-efficiency manufacturing capacity and catering to India’s expanding renewable energy sector.
Sanofi India Ltd
With the ₹75 interim dividend included, the business has suggested a final dividend of ₹48 per share for FY2025, bringing the total distribution to ₹123 per share. Due to a 23% increase in domestic sales and a significant spike in exports, revenue jumped 47% year over year to ₹251 crore in Q4, while profit after tax rose 50% to ₹66.5 crore.
Shaily Engineering Plastics
According to an exchange filing, the company has obtained a ₹423-crore manufacturing and commercial supply deal for pen injectors from a major domestic pharmaceutical company. A domestic entity has won the four-year contract; the customer’s identity has been suppressed for reasons of secrecy.
KFin Technologies Ltd
The business announced that Mr. Supratim Bandyopadhyay has been named Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Rajesh Krishnamoorthy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of its joint venture, MFC Technologies. As MF Central transforms into a professionally managed stand-alone organization that serves India’s mutual fund ecosystem, the action is intended to promote independent governance.
Zydus Lifesciences
With a locally created customizable, reusable single-pen delivery system, the pharmaceutical business has been approved by DCGI to produce and sell semaglutide injections for Type 2 diabetes and obesity under three brands: SEMAGLYN™, MASHEMA™ and ALTERMET™.
Lupin
The Maharashtra GST Department has started an examination and search at its premises, according to the pharmaceutical firm. The business claimed that the actions had no bearing on its operations or finances and that it was assisting the authorities. Documents pertaining to input tax credit requests and GST payments are being inspected.
