Vodafone Idea Ltd
With improved operating indicators and a higher ARPU, the company’s net loss decreased sequentially to ₹5,286 crore in Q3FY26 from ₹5,524 crore in Q2. EBITDA increased 2.8% to ₹4,817 crore, while revenue increased 1.1% QoQ to ₹11,323 crore. The margin expanded to 42.5% from 41.8%. With 19.29 crore subscribers, including 12.85 crore 4G and 5G customers, ARPU increased 7.3% YoY to ₹186 due to consumer upgrades.
ONGC
In order to improve India’s energy logistics and supply chain resilience, the business announced that its joint ventures with Japan’s Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. have inked shipbuilding contracts with Samsung Heavy Industries, South Korea, for the construction of two Very Large Ethane Carriers (VLECs). The Indian-flag ships, which will be owned and run by GIFT City-based Bharat Ethane One IFSC Pvt Ltd and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC Pvt Ltd, each have a 100,000 cubic meter capacity and are anticipated to carry about 600 KTPA of ethane for ONGC’s subsidiary OPaL.
Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd
According to an exchange filing, RVNL was the lowest bidder (L1) for a South Central Railway overhead electrification (OHE) upgrade project for Rs 242.5 crore. In the Ongole–Gudur portion of the Vijayawada Division, the domestic contract covers 154 route kilometers (462 track kilometers) and entails the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the current 1x25kV system to a 2x25kV feeding system, along with feeder and earthing works.
Bikaji Foods International
While revenue from operations increased 11.5% YoY to ₹775.8 crore, the company recorded a significant 122% YoY increase in Q3 net profit to ₹62.6 crore. EBITDA doubled to ₹84 crore and the margin increased to 10.8% from 5.5% a year earlier, indicating improved operating performance.
PC Jeweller
Thanks to high demand throughout the holiday and wedding seasons as well as increased operating leverage, the company recorded a good Q3, with net profit climbing 31% YoY to ₹190 crore and sales surging 37% YoY to ₹875 crore. EBITDA increased by over 80% year over year to ₹201.3 crore. The board accepted Sheiba Anand’s resignation as President (Retail Operations) and authorized Vivek Jain’s appointment as Chief Information Officer effective February 1, 2026.

Methylprednisolone Acetate Injectable Suspension USP, a medication used as an anti-inflammatory treatment for a variety of medical disorders, has obtained final US FDA approval, according to the business, adding to its expanding US product portfolio.
