With an estimated revenue of Rs 7 crore on Day 4, Vijay Deverakonda’s “Kingdom” has gotten off to a great start at the box office, bringing its total India net collection to Rs 40.5 crore. With high occupancy rates, the Telugu version is doing remarkably well, especially in Andhra-Telangana.

The eagerly anticipated action drama “Kingdom,” starring Vijay Deverakonda, is doing well at the box office. The film maintained its momentum over the weekend following a spectacular opening day of Rs 18 crore. The Sacnilk website states that on Day 4 (Sunday), the movie brought in an estimated Rs 7 crore. As a result, the movie has made a total of Rs 40.5 crore at the Indian box office.

Although it was released in both Telugu and Tamil, the Telugu version of the movie did better. Telugu collections are leading the way every day, according to early estimates. The movie recovered on Saturday after taking a hit on Friday.

Telugu Version Predominates; Andhra-Telangana Regions Have High Occupancy

The strength of the Kingdom is its regional reach. Telugu occupancy averaged 42.89% on Day 4. It reached a peak of more than 53% during afternoon shows. With an outstanding 47.75% overall occupancy rate, Hyderabad took the lead, closely followed by Vijayawada and Warangal. On Sunday, the Tamil version’s occupancy rate was 21.80%.

Strong performances and star power

Kingdom, which stars Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role and also stars Bhagyashri Borse, Satya Dev, and Ayyappa P Sharma, combines dramatic action with poignant narrative. According to a passage taken from the ETimes review of the movie, “Kingdom is not about ostentatious showdowns or heroic displays. It is an action drama whose emotional impact gives it strength. Vijay Deverakonda, who strikes the ideal balance between intensity and vulnerability, is back to his best. It’s a skillfully written action drama with a strong emotional core and striking visuals. Putting minor criticisms aside, Kingdom offers a powerful cinematic experience.

Kingdom is proving to be a strong commercial performer as it approaches the Rs 50 crore milestone. It also marks Vijay Deverakonda’s huge comeback after a string of disappointing recent films.
